Before your session

A few days before a session, the client may notice forgotten memories reappear. Someone in their life might call or bump into them out of the blue, which creates uncomfortable familiar feelings, or old pain may resurface in the body.

Strange as it sounds, the body is already preparing for the session before you are even physically on the therapy table. It may be interesting to notice if this happens to you before your session. If it does, write it down and bring it in, as it may help us gain more awareness around what issues we have ‘online’.

Notice how you’re feeling just before the session, e.g. excited, nervous, maybe there is some resistance.

Please arrive at your session in comfortable clothing and with your own water, if possible.

You will be asked to remove your shoes and lie fully clothed, on your back on the therapy table.

Please fill the Client History Form and bring it with you to your session.

The form can be found under Client Resources.
